PC-9/ Texan II
The PC-9 and T-6 Texan II have served the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), and the United States Air Force (USAF) for many years. The PC-9 is a single-engine, low-wing monoplane developed by Pilatus Aircraft of Switzerland and adopted by the RAAF in the mid-1980s. The T-6 Texan II, developed by Raytheon Aircraft Company, is a two-seat, turboprop trainer used by the USAF for basic pilot training since the early 2000s.
